    Oil unloading operation 

    1.1 Requirement

    1.1.1 Should have airtight unloading conditions.

    1.1.2 The anti-static grounding facilities are intact.

    1.1.3  The tanker vehicle is normal, and the fireproof and antistatic facilities are complete.

    1.1.4 The fire-fighting equipment required for oil unloading operation is fully equipped.

    1.1.5 During the thunderstorm, no oil unloading operation is allowed.

     

    Refueling operation

    2.1 Requirements

    2.1.1 When the fuel dispenser is running, the temperature of the motor and the pump should be kept normal, the shaft seal of the meter and the pump should have no obvious leakage, and the gasoline refueling flow should not exceed 60L/min.

    2.1.2 The parts of the fuel dispenser should maintain good performance, the oil and gas separator and filter should maintain normal functions, the exhaust pipe should be unblocked and undamaged, and the pump safety valve should maintain normal pressure. Before using the fuel dispenser, the fueler should check whether the fuel dispenser is operating normally and whether there is any leakage of oil, and keep the fuel dispenser tidy.

    2.1.3 No radio tape recorders, fans, extension cords, refrigeration equipment and other general electrical equipment and other sundries are allowed on the fueling island.

    2.1.4 When a refueling vehicle enters the station, the refueling personnel should stand on the refueling island to prevent being hit, and the operator survived to pass between the two vehicles.

    2.1.5 Passengers are not allowed to carry passengers when entering the station to refuel.

    2.1.6 It is prohibited to use insulating containers to fill gasoline, kerosene, etc.

    3 Safety requirements for equipment use, maintenance and overhaul 

    3.1 Requirements

    3.1.1 Explosion-proof lighting equipment should be used for maintenance and overhaul.

    3.1.2 All types of workers entering the gas station area should wear anti-static overalls, anti-static working shoes and socks; shoes with nails are strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to put on and take off clothes, hats or the like in explosive hazardous areas

    3.1.3 It is strictly forbidden to smoke and use open flames in gas stations.

    3.1.4 The rotating parts of the machinery should be well lubricated, add oil in time, and often remove combustible dirt;   3.1.5 Pipes carrying flammable liquids should be subjected to pressure tests on a regular basis;

    3.1.6 Explosion-proof tools should be used for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to use tools that are prone to sparks.  3.1.7 Regularly check the leakage of underground oil tanks and the concentration of oil and gas in manholes, and confirm that there is no oil spill. 3.1.8 No water or rust is allowed inside the manhole. When removing the water in the manhole, explosion-proof electric equipment or manual operation shall be used as the principle.
