The parking lot is a place for centralized parking in the city. At present, the population of Hainan city is increasing rapidly, and the ownership of motor vehicles is rising rapidly. Driving shopping has become the fashion of car owners. As a result, more and more supermarket parking lots are developing into underground garages. But the energy consumption of parking lighting is the main component of the operating cost of the whole underground parking lot. How to effectively solve this problem has become a public problem in today’s parking lot. The bvp-3000 intelligent system of Landsat can effectively solve this problem and achieve intelligent control and on-demand lighting scheme.
The traditional lighting control of parking lot mainly uses energy-saving lamps to reduce energy consumption or only lights a part of them. However, the lighting effect can not meet the requirements of CECS45:92 and JGJ100-98, and the lighting control can not reach the energy-saving light source. It only reduces the energy consumption in the use process, and does not achieve the maximum energy-saving effect — Use only when needed.
A few parking lots adopt intelligent lighting control system, which can achieve the effect of regional control and timing control, but there are many problems in the complexity of operation and incompatibility with the security system. How to achieve both energy saving and effective management is one of the problems faced by many parking management.

Wiring requirements
- One area control system is divided into three circuits, of which the first circuit is connected with parking lights, the second circuit is connected with parking occupancy indicator lights, and the third circuit is connected with channel lights. Each circuit can be connected with 127 devices respectively. Parking lights and channel lights need 110V / 220 V power supply,
- The guide board adopts wireless communication and only needs 110V /220 V power supply,
- The signal lines of parking lights and parking occupancy indicator lights should be separated. The address codes of each group of parking lights and parking occupancy indicator lights should correspond one by one. The 110V / 220 V power line and signal line should be separated to avoid electromagnetic interference,
- The main controller communicates with the area controller by CAN bus, and it is recommended to use double shielded wire,
- The communication between the main controller and the upper computer adopts network cable,

Parking Lot Entrance Lighting Design
The traditional parking lot entrance and exit lighting uses T8 band fluorescent lamp, which has short service life and strong glare sense due to the “adaptive lag” of the right eye. In order to overcome this situation, Tachyon Technology puts forward the “light handshake” intelligent lighting technology for channel lighting.
Functions and characteristics of LED lighting at entrance and exit of parking lot:
- High power, high brightness, low power consumption and high light efficiency.
- The intelligent automatic control of “lighting on demand” is adopted.
- Long life, not easy to damage, basically no need for secondary replacement.
- The internal structure is highly integrated and easy to install.
- LED anti glare lampshade is adopted to make the light softer and no glare.
- It has two modes of power saving and constant light, which can be adjusted automatically according to personnel or vehicles.
Using coded high-power LED lighting, more than 85% power saving rate can be achieved. Moreover, semiconductor lighting itself is a green light source with low energy consumption, and its high efficiency will bring the energy saving rate of the facility level; In addition, the power consumption mode of “lighting on demand” will also bring about power saving at the working system level.
Two kinds of lighting States:
Highlight state: the maximum brightness power is 32 watts. In this state, the intensity of illumination can be adjusted in the management control software (high, medium and low). The illumination brightness meets the requirements of IEC 50034-2004 Code for lighting design of buildings).
Power saving mode: in this state, the power is maintained at 2 watts to meet the minimum brightness required for maintaining safety on site (this brightness can be set in the management control software according to the needs of the site).

It can be seen from table 1 and table 2 that the difference between the ground lighting of lane and parking space is about 50%. Therefore, the intelligent garage passage lamp bvp-3202 (32W) is installed above the garage passage, which can effectively solve the lighting problem of traditional parking lot.
In order to reduce the glare and guide the driving, the long axis of the lane should be consistent with the driving direction of the vehicle, and the configuration of lamps should be consistent with the lane and arranged in order, so that the lighting guidance is good.
On the contrary, if the spacing is too large or the arrangement is irregular, the driver can’t correctly predict the alignment and direction of the road ahead, which is easy to cause insecurity, It makes the guidance of lighting worse.
The parking direction (i.e. the direction of the long axis of the car body) is generally perpendicular to the driving direction. Considering the uniformity of the lighting in the parking area, the long axis of the parking lights should be perpendicular to the direction of the long axis of the car body.
When a car body is 4.7m * 1.7m and each parking space area is considered as 16m2, a 40W intelligent LED lamp is installed according to the illumination brightness value and 50lx illumination value.
When there are cars or people coming in and out, the infrared sensor in the corresponding area receives the infrared wavelength, and the normal mode is awakened and lit, with the power of 40W, which is convenient for cars or people to pass. When the cars or people leave the sensing area for about 30 seconds (the highlight time can be adjusted according to different places), the LED light automatically re enters the power saving mode, with the power of 2W.
The infrared sensor is used to control each LED lamp in the parking lot. When there is no vehicle in and out, all lamps are in the power saving mode, and each lamp consumes 2W, which not only meets the requirements of security monitoring lighting, but also greatly saves power.
Energy saving analysis of LED lighting control
There are 418 lamps in the underground garage of ShangBang Baihui City, 248 LED lamps in the parking lot passage of Tachyon, 8 working hours per day according to the actual project.

Power consumption of system components of Tachyon: 80W * 24h = 1920wh = 1.92kwh. With the use of Tachyon intelligent LED lights, the daily electricity consumption is saved by 114.912 kwh.
In addition, there is another advantage: the service life of fluorescent lamps is only about 1000 hours, and the annual maintenance cost is more than 5000 yuan, while the service life of LED energy-saving lamps is more than 50000 hours, and the maintenance cost of five years is close to zero.
