In addition, the use of iron fixing screws is easy to rust, which affects the look and feel of the lamps and the facade.
Requirement: The surface of the lamp is treated by hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic spraying. This is used as the standard process of lamps when purchasing lamps, and manufacturers are required to adopt this process to produce and provide corresponding products. At the same time, stainless steel screws must be used to fix the lamps. After spraying or painting, it becomes the same color as the surface of the lamp. This point also applies to garden lights, lawn lights, wall lights and other lamps.
Translucent cover anti-glare treatment
Problem: Although transparent glass is used as a light-transmitting cover, its light efficiency utilization rate is high, but the light source is similar to direct exposure. When it is lit, a flare is formed at night, which seriously affects the visual perception at night and produces uncomfortable glare to the living environment.
Requirements: Use raindrop-shaped, frosted, prism and other light-transmitting covers when selecting lamps. Make the light soft (as shown in the picture below).
Lawn Light
1, the scope of application
For landscape functional lighting such as trails, secondary garden roads, entrance roads, lawns, the height of the lamps is generally 0.4-1 meters, the effective lighting radius is 3-5 meters, and the layout spacing is controlled within 10 meters, and the layout point should be in the bushes. In, concealed installation. When it is obviously arranged on the lawn, attention should be paid to the impact of its location on the landscape.
2, Fixtures selection requirements
Light source selection
Problem: Although the use of LED has a certain energy-saving effect, it will cause a lot of trouble for the replacement of the light source in the future. Because there is no finished ring-shaped LED integrated block light source available on the market, the property can only repair the corresponding malfunctioning lamp through the replacement of the entire lamp. Its maintenance cost is too high.
Requirements: Lawn lighting sources should generally be energy-saving lighting sources. Considering the convenience of maintenance, choose an integrated self-rectifying energy-saving lamp, instead of using incandescent lamps, lamp cups and other short-lived light sources. Be cautious when using LED-type light sources. The color temperature is generally 3000-4200K color temperature, high color rendering (color rendering index greater than 80).
Lamp height
Problem: The light-emitting port is hidden in the bushes, and the lighting effect of the lamps is useless, unable to provide corresponding functional lighting.
Requirements: When designing and selecting lawn lights, the height of the light-emitting port should be about 20cm higher than the bushes.
3, installation process
Arrange points
Problem: The lamps are directly arranged in eye-catching positions, which affects the visual perception of the overall landscape.
Requirements: Under the premise of meeting the requirements of functional lighting, lawn lamps should not be directly arranged in eye-catching and unobstructed positions. If lawn lights and mud lights are not suitable for low lawn areas, they need to be adjusted to shrub areas.
Fixing of Fixtures
Problem: The garden lights and lawn lights buried in the soft scenery are not high enough, the surrounding planting soil is not tight, and the expansion screws are loose, etc., which will cause the garden lights to shake by hand. The situation that the lawn lamp is off the ground as soon as it is pulled out has certain safety hazards and also affects the long-term use of the lamp.
Requirements: The height of the foundation of the courtyard lamp is greater than 800mm, and the foundation has built-in steel bars. The base of the lawn lamp is larger than 400mm, and it can be fixed directly with expansion screws or built-in steel bars, and the surrounding planting soil is compacted.
Garden Light

Courtyard lights are the main functional lighting fixtures for the main roads and streets of the community, and provide effective lighting guarantee for the safe walking of pedestrians at night. The height of the lamps is generally 3-5 meters, the effective lighting radius is 8-10 meters, and the layout spacing is generally about 15-20 meters. Considering the coordination between the lighting and the landscape, it can be installed on the side of the arbor in a specific point layout so that it does not damage the landscape skyline.
2, selection requirements
Light source selection
Problem: It is not suitable to choose incandescent lamps (short life, low luminous efficiency), high-pressure sodium lamps (poor color rendering), energy-saving lamps (application of functional lighting technology is not yet mature), induction lamps (products are still in the test period, stable performance and No has not been tested. It is not suitable for large-scale application).
Requirements: LED lights with high cost performance and high luminous efficiency should be selected for functional lighting in the community. Color temperature 3000-4200K, good color rendering (color rendering index greater than 80). The light source power is between 26-48W, and the corresponding power is selected according to the needs of brightness.

3, installation requirements
Point layout:
Problem: The single-sided layout affects the balanced relationship between the symmetrical layout of the landscape and the greening.
Requirements: The garden lights should be arranged symmetrically on the landscape axis, or on the garden road with symmetrical layout characteristics, in order to strengthen the sense of ceremony. If the park road is narrow and the symmetrical arrangement is crowded, the staggered arrangement can be used instead.
At the same time, pay attention when arranging the points, and the lamps should avoid the glass windows of the second and third floors of the indoor living room and bedroom as much as possible, so as to prevent the residents from directly seeing the courtyard light source when looking out indoors at night.
Other Problems
1. The problem of outdoor cable selection
Problem: Use BV wire or rubber sleeve wire as the light power cord. The cable rubber sleeve is easy to be thermally aged or melted and bonded, resulting in a short circuit or leakage. There is a safety hazard.
Requirements: The power cords of all outdoor lighting pipelines must be YJV or YJV22. The underwater light lead and the submersible pump motor need to use JHS underwater cables. RVV can be used as the lead wire of outdoor lamps, and it is not suitable to use indoor wires instead of outdoor cables.
Outdoor cable protection pipes must be steel pipes, PE pipes, PVC pipes (heavy duty), and no KBG pipes or direct cable burial (except YJV22). The buried depth of the pipeline should be less than 0.5m, and steel pipe protection should be added when crossing the road or wall.
2. Power distribution control system
Problem: Add a contactor to the lamps of each circuit to control the switch in time, forming too many control circuits and control modes. It not only raises the cost of equipment, but also makes it difficult for the unified management of the property.
Requirements: According to the requirements of the control mode, there are four modes: fully open (major holidays), part fully open (holidays or weekends), functional open (midnight before weekdays), and energy-saving mode open (midnight after weekdays). There are four modes at most.
Generally, two to three control modes can be set according to the actual situation. It can be controlled manually and in time, adding light control function when necessary. Load two to four time-controlled switches on the control loop and set the corresponding switching time. So that the property management staff can realize the required opening and closing functions in time with fewer buttons.
For indoor installation, the control part (or power distribution control integrated in a cabinet) is best installed in the guard duty room. Small distribution box wall-mounted installation. If it is wall-mounted and installed in the duty room, it is recommended to make a uniform wardrobe room to conceal the power distribution box. The large distribution box can be installed on the floor and placed at the corner of the room.
