How does the manufacturer correct the verticality of the high mast floodlight
The use of high mast flood lights is very common, such as city squares, municipal parks, school stadiums, highway toll stations, etc. The height of the poles of the high-pole lights is generally more than 15 meters, and the power of the lamp is more than 150W. The coverage area is large and the luminous brightness is large, which is very popular in the market.
Manufacturers of high-pole lights generally design street light poles with a height of more than 12 meters into two pole sections for insertion. One reason is that the pole body is too long to be transported, and the other is that the overall length of the high-pole lamp is too long. If it is long, it will inevitably require a super large bending machine. If it is operated in this way, the production cost of the high pole lamp will be high. In addition, the longer the lamp body of the high pole lamp, the easier it will be deformed.
But the plug-in will be affected by many factors. For example, high pole lights are generally made of two or four-section plugs. During the plugging process, if the plugging operation is not appropriate or the plugging direction is incorrect It will cause the overall height of the high-pole lamp after installation to be not straight, especially when you look up from the bottom of the high-pole lamp, you will feel that the verticality does not meet the requirements. If you use this method in the four directions of east, west, south and north, there is no problem, then the verticality of the bottom section is considered normal.
If you find that the bottom section of the high pole lamp is seriously non-parallel with the line of the nylon rope, then this situation needs to be adjusted in time, otherwise the upper segment will also be non-vertical, even the higher it is. Oblique, positive can be described as “the lower beam is not right and the upper beam is crooked”.

If the actual insertion depth is much different from the theoretical insertion depth, more than 20 cm, the installation is likely to be incorrect. Only if the depth is sufficient can the vertical effect be effectively guaranteed.
3. If it is determined that the bottom section is relatively vertical and the other sections are inserted in place, if it is still not straight, there is only one possibility for this situation, that is, the insertion direction is wrong.
Since most of the high-pole lights are designed as octagonal poles, manufacturers will conduct a series of plug-in tests before the finished high-pole lights leave the factory.
