According to the height of the warehouse building, the installation status of the lamps can be generally divided into three types: low ceiling, medium ceiling and high ceiling. 3. Considerations for warehouse lighting

1)  Meet the requirements of night work
Not only at night, because many visual operations are indoor operations, they require artificial lighting even during the day, and their lighting effects cannot be completely comparable to natural lighting. If the lighting level is not enough and the visual characteristics are insufficient, the operation error rate or speed will increase,  so it`s necessary to use higher illumination to ensure better visual characteristics.
In terms of the visual effects of lighting, the lighting should be arranged according to the corresponding lighting standards and the needs of the actual venue through reasonable lighting calculations to ensure a certain level of lighting and reduce the decline in work efficiency caused by insufficient lighting. In a relatively dim environment, a light source with a certain color rendering index is guaranteed to improve the effective light efficiency.

2)  While meeting the needs of brightness, it gives people a sense of visual comfort
The influence of the warehouse ceiling and wall on the lighting effect is related to the room area. The ceiling of the small room has a small proportion of the field of view and the influence of contrast is small, while the wall has a large proportion of the field of view and the influence of the degree of contrast. Therefore, a small room can use a wall with a high reflectance and a ceiling with a low reflectance. Conversely, large rooms use high-reflectance ceilings and low-reflectance walls. Through effective lighting arrangement, a moderately uniform illuminance can be achieved. The lighting requirements are bright and clear, without glare and ghosting.
The traditional sodium lamp needs preheating to start, and if the power is cut off in the middle, it needs to be cooled and preheated to start again, the current harmonic of the sodium lamp is large, the harsh current sound is emitted, the surface temperature of the bulb is as high as 360 ℃, and the ambient temperature is obviously felt under the sodium lamp increased. Low color rendering, so the color deviation under the light, as well as poor visual effect, strobe effect is a serious hazard. Naked eyes that directly observes small objects may get blurred. the light is dazzling, and the environment is depressed.
