After the equipment arrives at the destination, the bidder shall organize the bid inviting party to participate in the open box acceptance. If deviation, damage, loss, omission or quantity, quality and technical conditions of any equipment are found to be inconsistent with the contract due to the responsibility of the bidder, the bid inviting party shall have the right to claim against the bidder. The bid inviting party shall arrange appropriate time, and the bidder shall be responsible for sending technical experts to the site of the bid inviting party for technical services.   4. Limited time service: the service personnel shall provide on-site service within 24 hours after receiving the call or information needed for service, and under special circumstances, it shall not exceed 72 hours after obtaining the consent of customers.
  5. Installation training: the supplier shall send personnel to the site for installation test within seven working days after the goods arrive at the bid inviting party, and the technical service personnel of the supplier shall be responsible for on-site guidance of installation and commissioning, and conduct professional training on product use and maintenance regularly, or conduct centralized training or key training again according to the user’s use.
  6. Return visit service. Supplier service personnel regularly or irregularly conduct telephone calls or door-to-door return visits to customers who use the product.
