1. Inspection and Preparation

1.1 issue ERP work order according to maintenance needs and start related work.

1.2 report to the dispatcher and fill in the PPS maintenance plan, and carry out relevant work after approval.

1.3 safety measures shall be taken in accordance with dl408-91 electric power safety work regulations.

2. Operation

2.1 maintenance of control box

2.1.1 check whether the circuit breaker, clock controller and AC contactor are in good condition, and replace the damaged parts.

2.1.2 check whether the wire connection is firm, whether there is poor contact, short circuit and other phenomena, and fasten or replace the wire.

2.1.3 clean the dust in the distribution box.

2.1.4 timely adjust the time of clock controller according to seasonal changes.

2.2 maintenance of lifting system

2.2.1 check whether the motor is in good condition, and see “low voltage motor maintenance specification” for motor maintenance.   2.2.2 check whether the steel wire rope has broken strand, and fasten the buckle at the connection to prevent the steel wire rope from breaking and falling off during the lifting process of the lamp panel.

2.2.3 check whether the motor lifting handle and cable are in good condition, and replace the damaged parts.

2.2.4 when the high pole lamp with counterweight is lowered for maintenance, the lamp panel shall be fixed with the rod body to prevent the lamp panel from rising due to weightlessness during maintenance.

2.3 maintenance of lighting system

2.3.1 clean the dust inside and outside the lampshade with a rag.   2.3.2 check the screws that fasten the lamps.

2.3.3 replace the faulty lamp or ballast.

2.3.4 check whether there is corrosion inside the lamp, and replace the lamp if the corrosion is serious; If the sealing strip is aged, replace it.

2.3.5 check whether the connecting wire is weathered and damaged, and replace the wire if it is aged.

2.4 high pole lamp foundation maintenance

2.4.1 check whether the fixing bolts of high pole lamp base are complete and firm.

2.4.2 the grounding resistance of high pole lamp shall be less than 10 ohm.

2.5 high pole light lifting

2.5.1 to lift the high pole lamp, use the lifting handle to conduct electrical operation on the high pole lamp, and try to avoid manual lifting of the high pole lamp.

2.5.2 the operator shall stand 5 meters away from the high pole lamp for operation. Other personnel should also stand in the safe area. No one is allowed to stand under the lamp panel when lifting the high pole lamp.

2.5.3 as the lifting of high pole lamp is a dangerous operation, the bird nest cleaning and other work shall be carried out together with the replacement of lighting.
